刘杨

      

 

刘杨,男,1982年2月出生,山东济南人。1zplay比分网副研究员、硕士生导师,
2000年获山东大学生物科学专业理学学士学位,2010年获山东大学生物化学与分子生物学专业理学博士学位,2010年进入1zplay比分网昆虫功能基因组从事研究工作。2014年聘为副研究员。2016年入选北京市科技新星计划。
主要研究内容为我国重要农业害虫的功能基因组学和昆虫嗅觉识别的分子和神经机制。在昆虫嗅觉编码的神经和分子机制研究方面取得了重要进展,主要利用基因组学和转录组学技术对棉铃虫和绿盲蝽的嗅觉基因尤其是气味受体进行了全面分析和鉴定。利用爪蟾卵母细胞体外表达-双电极电压钳技术对它们的气味受体包括性信息素受体和普通气味受体的体外功能进行了全面研究。采用单细胞记录方法研究了触角感受器中的气味受体神经元的功能。利用CRISPR/Cas9对气味受体进行了体内功能验证。基于以上研究,阐明了棉铃虫和绿盲蝽性信息素、普通气味等外周编码的分子和神经机制,为从分子水平筛选昆虫引诱剂和驱避剂奠定了理论基础。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目2项、青年基金1项,参加国家自然科学基金重点项目、创新群体项目、国家“973”计划等多项科研课题。入选2016年度北京市科技新星计划。已发表研究论文50篇,包括SCI论文39篇。其中第一作者或通讯作者在Current Biology、BMC Genomics、IMB、IJBS等SCI刊物发表论文17篇。
